I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness practices, to help my clients deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their relationships with themselves and others, and develop more adaptive ways to navigate life. I take a holistic approach to mental health, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to foster overall well-being.
I integrate psychodynamic principles, mindfulness practices, IFS, and somatic techniques to create a personalised and meaningfulexperience. By examining recurring patterns and themes in your current life, collaboratively we can uncover underlying influences shaping your behaviours and challenges. Incorporating mindfulness encourages present-moment awareness and allows one to observe thoughts and emotions without judgment, fostering self-compassion and clarity. Additionally, focusing on embodiment helps individuals to connect to physical sensations, promoting a deeper understanding of the mind-body relationship. This holistic approach provides a safe, non-judgmental space for introspection, empowering you to strengthen your inner guidance and work towards enhanced well-being.
At my practice I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
I offer a variety of online and face to face counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual therapy, couples counselling, and group therapy. We also offer specialized services for issues such as addiction, anger management, and grief and loss.
My practice is rooted in a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan.I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
