I offer a variety of online and face-to-face counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual therapy, couples counselling, and group therapy. I have a special interest in issues such as anxiety, trauma, anger management, grief and loss.

HPCSA-registered counsellor with over 10 years of experience in community counseling and education, providing support to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I have worked across various settings, assisting clients in addressing trauma, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. By integrating evidence-based techniques with compassionate, client-centered care, I foster a safe and supportive environment that empowers clients to overcome challenges and build resilience.

I hold two Cum Laude psychology degrees, one from UNISA and the other from Cornerstone Institute, providing me with a solid academic foundation in psychological theory and practice. My education has been integral in shaping my holistic and integrative approach to counseling, allowing me to tailor my work to meet the unique needs of each client.

I have a special interest in supporting individuals with relationship issues, stress and anxiety, trauma, adjustment challenges, and grief. I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult life transitions and emotional struggles with a compassionate, holistic and integrated approach. I also have an interest in working with adolescents and believe in the power of creating safe, empathetic spaces for personal growth.

South African pricing: 

  • Individual Session 50 mins | R800

International pricing

  • Individual Session 50 mins | $50 or £50

BOOK

Billing

  • Clients will receive invoices on a sessional basis. Online sessions are to be paid upfront to secure bookings.
  • As my practice is BHF registered, patients can submit claims to their medical aids independently.
  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before, will be charged in full.
